Google Complies With Government Requests for User Data 88% of the Time
Internet company Google complies with requests for user data 88 percent of the time government asks, according to data released today by Google. In all, the government, including both local and federal agencies, made 8,438 requests between July and December of last year from Google for data from 14,791 users/accounts.
