Coffee.
People ask me how I stay connected all day, all night. I've been told that I must have an assistant or two (or three) posting for me. Others ask me if I'm a vampire.
The truth is that between my professional, family, spiritual, and political obligations, I am engaged in life and through social media 19-21 hours a day.
My secret? Coffee. Espresso, actually. Lots of it. Sad, I know. The "you're killing yourself" comments are sure to come.
