When in doubt, pray.

All of these "word" posts seem to be a break from my standard funny pictures or cool cars. I guess I've been more aware of the lack of anything beyond the frivolous lately on my social media channels. I'm not a giggly guy by most accounts. That doesn't mean I don't like to laugh or share things that make people laugh, but sometimes it's important to just say what you feel and see how people respond.
Social media is a gift. It connects us to people we know and others that we don't know (yet), but it also disconnects us sometimes. For me, at least, I started noticing a disconnect between who I am and what I want the world to see. It's not right to try to be one person in real life, then a variation of that person online. That doesn't mean that I think that we shouldn't strive to be the best we can online. It simply means that we can be better versions of ourselves in real life as well.
